Job summary

Arthur M. Blank Family Office (AMBFO) seeks a strategic and hands-on Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to support its fast-paced, values-driven organization in Atlanta, GA.

This client-facing role partners with AMBFO leadership and HR Shared Services to lead day-to-day HR initiatives, including associate relations, performance management, compliance, staff planning, and engagement. The role requires on-site work with ~85 associates and occasional travel for events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including HR business partner responsibilities.
• Experience handling complex associate relations and performance management matters.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Guide on complex associate situations while balancing business needs and risk.
• Coach managers on associate relations, communication, and performance management.
• Embed core values in daily decisions, communication, and conversations.
• Support design, planning, and changes across the organization.
• Lead associate relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Execute performance management processes and talent calibration discussions.
• Assist leaders in identifying talent gaps and development opportunities.
• Manage onboarding, recruitment support, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR programs, data reporting, and HR systems.
