Job summary

You will analyze turnover and talent metrics, ensure policy compliance, and support financial activities tied to HR processes within the college.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and/or financial operations.
• Experience with compensation, payroll and budgeting processes.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to partner with college leadership and staff to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to Religious Education leaders and Dean.
• Coordinate HR operations: recruiting, compensation changes, employee records, payroll reporting, and budget transactions.
• Provide consultative guidance on HR matters including performance, engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and university policies; analyze workforce metrics.
