Job summary

SCA Health seeks an HR Strategy & Transformation leader to shape how HR plans, governs, and delivers strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to drive high-impact programs from concept through adoption.

The role requires 8+ years in HR transformation or related fields, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence executives, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience across multiple HR functions, HR transformation, or related roles.
• Knowledge of HR operations, talent, total rewards, HR tech, compliance, and change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional work from problem definition to sustainment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and align stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues into recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Proficiency with collaboration, reporting, HR tools, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic HR initiatives from concept through sustainment; leads undefined or emergent initiatives.
• Clarifies objectives, outcomes, risks, success measures, and sustainment requirements with stakeholders.
• Frames problems and designs executable solutions, driving decisions and accountability across teams.
• Establishes governance and execution discipline to move work forward with urgency and quality.
