Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year managing HR processes.
• 1 year Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates and implement the business plan.
• Manage daily HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and HR systems and maintain HR documents.
• Train associates on policies, procedures, and safety; monitor training completion.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; coordinate workloads and provide feedback.
