Job summary

McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Support Specialist within the AFLCMC/C3I group, located at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will provide day-to-week HR support to military personnel, government civilians, and contractors, while maintaining WebAims databases and managing in-processing/out-processing activities.

Responsibilities include updating the Unit Manning Document, coordinating Reserve man-days, tracking training requirements, and delivering weekly status

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret clearance required and maintained.
• Citizenship: US citizen.
• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting.
• Experience with ATAAPS and Front Office Group (FOG) activities.
• Strong HR records management and personnel actions knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-week HR support and customer service to military personnel, Government civilians, and contractors.
• Maintain WebAims personnel databases and manage in-processing and out-processing activities.
• Review, track, update, and submit vacancy advertisements for the military Vacancy Master List.
• Update duty titles, rater assignments, position data, and other personnel records for military members.
• Review and support updates to the Unit Manning Document (UMD).
• Coordinate Reserve man-days and long-tour orders, including funding actions.
• Manage deployment training requirements within designated deployment windows.
• Deliver weekly personnel status briefings to divisional leadership.
