Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an HR professional to support delivery of HR initiatives and operational work that aligns with business strategies. You will analyze data, generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and build stakeholder relationships to drive results.

The role emphasizes independent work, change support, and contributing to risk management while delivering communication and program execution across the HR function.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience or equivalent
• HR designation (CHRP/ADR) preferred
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Analyzes data and information to provide insights; formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports planning and implementation of programs and solutions within SLAs and standards.
• Supports execution of strategic HR initiatives with stakeholders.
• Supports change management across varying scopes, focused on execution and sustainment.
• Drafts tailored messaging, including writing and distributing communications.
• Works independently and takes measured risks within the Risk Management Framework.
• Broadly contributes to risk-aware decision-making aligned to business strategy.
