Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking an HR professional to support delivery and implementation of a broad range of HR activities and initiatives. The role focuses on executing HR and business strategies, analyzing data, and providing insights and reports to stakeholders.

You will work with internal and external partners to deliver programs within service levels and contribute to risk management and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate HR designation (i.e. CHRP, ADR) preferred.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery and implementation of a wide range of HR activities and initiative solutions to execute the HR and business/group strategies.
• Completes specific HR operational/strategic work to deliver business results and minimize risk.
• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on understanding of business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
