Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Product Manager, HR Shared Services (HRSS) People Systems, to owner HR service delivery technologies including ServiceNow HRSD, Five9, and workflow automation. You will shape the product strategy, manage roadmaps, handle governance, and drive optimization across HR operations and employee experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HR Service Delivery technologies, product management, HR Operations, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new solutions.
• Experience with enterprise service delivery platforms (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD) and related tooling.

• Develop and maintain the HRSS technology roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Own product lifecycle for HRSS service delivery platforms including backlog and prioritization.
• Partner to improve digital employee experience across service delivery channels.
• Identify automation opportunities and enable workflow improvements.
