Job summary
European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking an HR Project Manager to partner with the Chief People Officer and translate HR strategy into executable plans. You will lead high-impact, strategic HR projects, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional initiatives to support growth and organizational maturity.
The role combines strategy, project management, and operational excellence in a remote-first setting.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (CEFR C1/C2).
- Remote-first, multicultural environment.
- Solid project management experience with PM practices.
- Proficient with Jira dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
- Experience in HR environment and HR processes.
- Budget management experience including personnel costs.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Autonomous, proactive mindset with prioritization abilities.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach across teams.
- PMO/Chief of Staff experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CHRO to translate HR strategy into actionable plans.
- Own and elevate HR project management methodology and budgets.
- Lead strategic HR projects including tech deployments and process redesign.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Forecasting and data-driven decision support for HR leadership.
- Support adoption of new working methods and tools.
