Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR and transformation experience.
• Experience leading cross-border programs in multinational settings.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or major organizational change.
• Experience working across multiple European countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership to HR Europe Leader and execution of European People Strategy.
• Coordinate strategic HR initiatives across Europe and governance.
• Lead HR transformation and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and post-transaction activities.
• Lead a Project Manager for strategic initiatives.
