Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Manager of HR Administration to lead the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives in a professional office setting.

You will oversee policy administration, respond to employee inquiries, and drive process improvements while partnering with leaders across the organization. A track record in HR leadership and compliance is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or four years professional HR experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Clinic's HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensure consistent policy administration and elevate matters as appropriate.
• Ensure employee inquiries and complaints are handled with quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.
• Evaluate current practices and procedures and recommend ongoing process improvement.
• Develop a strategy and create training and education tools to communicate the Clinic's HR guidelines and offerings to employees and leaders.
• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more HR teams.
• Advise management on HR decisions, policy, and guideline interpretation.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and monitor policy effectiveness; recommend changes.
• Prepare analysis and reporting and present findings to management.
• Manage reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies.
• Keep apprised of federal, state and local HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Comply with Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
• Adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to the Clinic's standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
