Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. seeks a staff-level HR Planner to support USARCENT G1 operations, develop personnel policies, and enhance readiness for Soldiers and Civilians across USCENTCOM. You will prepare annexes, estimates, and executive briefs for leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Army/Joint HR experience, proficiency with IPPSA/DTAS, and strong MS Office skills. On-site role requiring US citizenship and a Secret clearance with DoD contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Public Admin, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years Army or Joint HR plans and operations experience.
• IPPSA, DTAS, and Army personnel accountability systems familiarity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• U.S. citizenship and Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, staff, and maintain HR policies, plans, orders, and personnel annexes (OPLAN/CONPLAN).
• Prepare personnel readiness analysis and strength reporting.
• Coordinate HR plans with HQDA, USCENTCOM, and subordinate commands.
• Develop staff packets and executive presentations for G1 leadership.
• Track HR taskers and ensure timely completion.
• Support HR planning for exercises and deployments.
