• 2+ years of HR, payroll, HRIS, or related experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on California payroll experience preferred.
• Familiarity with wage and hour rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll and support payroll compliance.
• Validate time and attendance records and payroll data.
• Enroll new employees into ADP and time systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and personnel action forms.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR records.
