Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in the United States (Georgia) seeks an entry to mid-level Human Resources Specialist to support the HR/Payroll team in daily payroll operations and HR tasks. Focus areas include multi-state payroll processing, HRIS data accuracy, time and attendance, and payroll-related compliance.

The role collaborates with Site HR, Finance, managers and employees to ensure timely payroll administration, accuracy, and recordkeeping, while supporting general HR functions as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in HR, payroll, HRIS or related administration.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience required, especially California payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll with focus on wage/hour compliance for CA and TX.
• Bi-weekly payroll processing for IDL/DL employees, including wages, overtime and deductions.
• Review and validate time and attendance records, including missed punches, PTO, leave hours and overtime.
• Maintain payroll change logs; reflect changes in ADP and HR systems.
• Prepare payroll/HR reports (rosters, overtime, headcount, payroll variance).
• Enroll new employees into ADP and time attendance systems; ensure profiles accuracy.
• Prepare and process Personnel Action Forms for hires, transfers and adjustments.
• Update leave balances, PTO accruals and unpaid leave records.
• Respond to payroll/benefits inquiries; support benefits, onboarding, verification and records maintenance.
• Assist with performance/compensation processes and employee relations matters.
