Responsibilities

• Delivers HR reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Partners with operations to drive compliance and best practices.
• Acts as strategic coach to hospital leaders and drives talent initiatives.
• Designs and implements training and onboarding programs.
• Drives performance management and labor relations efforts.
• Visits hospitals to assess needs and communicate outcomes.
• Ensures leaves of absence guidance and risk mitigation.
