Lovet Pet Health Care, part of The Aspen Group, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support veterinarians and hospital leadership across the full employee lifecycle. You will drive HR programs, performance management, onboarding, and labor relations with a focus on strategic partnership and data-driven decision making.

This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires about 70% travel to Lovet field locations in the West Valley.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is preferred.
• 4+ years HR experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers HR reporting and insights to field teams for data-driven decisions.
• Partners with operations to drive compliance and best-practice adoption.
• Acts as a strategic coach to hospitals to improve performance and retention.
• Collaborates on training and onboarding programs for DVMs and staff.
• Manages performance, employee relations, and leaves of absence processes.
• Visits hospitals to document findings and ensure follow-through on action items.
