Lovet Pet Health Care, as part of The Aspen Group family, seeks an HR Business Partner to support veterinarians, hospital leadership, and operations across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll drive talent solutions, partner with leaders, and deliver strategic HR support on performance, onboarding, and labor relations.

With 4+ years in HR and a Bachelor's, you’ll influence staffing, training, compliance, and employee relations while modeling Lovet values to build a high-performing culture across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of human resource experience or combination of education and experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivers HR reporting and insights to stakeholders and field teams.
• Partners with operations to drive best practice adoption and compliance.
• Acts as a strategic thought partner to hospitals for performance and talent management.
• Collaborates with L&D to design field-facing training and onboarding.
• Provides recruitment support to attract high-quality talent.
• Supports leaders in managing staff and veterinarian performance.
• Visits hospitals, documents findings, and communicates outcomes.
• Liaises between hospitals and practice support center on people initiatives.
• Guides on employee relations and leaves of absence (FMLA/ADAAA).
• Represents Lovet culture and coaches leaders to sustain engagement.
