Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (non-HR) and HR certification sponsored by HRCI or SHRM.
• Eight+ years in HR with five+ years in employee relations, HR management, and training.
• Background check clearance required.
• Experience maintaining solid working relationships and designing supervisory training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with networks/programs to define HR needs and objectives.
• Evaluate development needs for individuals and the organization.
• Develop team members through career pathing with management.
• Maintain knowledge of HR laws to reduce risk and financial impact.
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations; provide mediation.
• Provide guidance on policies and practices for employees.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with clients and colleagues.
