Avis Budget Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as an internal partner supporting field operations (~450 employees). This role will deliver strategic and tactical HR programs, including talent management, workforce planning, succession, and compensation management, across specified departments and locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred PHR/SPHR certification along with labor relations experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of generalist/HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Labor relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support union, non-union, management and staff in multiple departments and sites.
• Define talent management needs and design HR programs and practices.
• Facilitate leadership development and key talent retention efforts.
• Ensure HR compliance with legal and company policies.
