Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as an internal partner delivering comprehensive HR programs to the assigned field operations location (~450 employees). You will support leadership, compliance, talent management, and workforce planning in collaboration with the HR leadership team.

The role requires 5+ years of HR leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree; PHR/SPHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of generalist/HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Labor relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support union, non-union, management and staff in departments and locations and ensure HR compliance.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement HR programs aligned with company goals.
• Facilitate leadership development and talent retention initiatives.
