Utah Transit Authority is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leaders on employee and labor relations, talent management, and workforce planning at our Salt Lake City headquarters.

This in-office role focuses on applying HR policies, interpreting the CBA and employment law, designing organizational structure, updating job descriptions, and supporting labor relations and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Five years of HR work experience supporting client groups, including employee relations and labor relations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business or related field; HR certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and advise client groups on complex employee and labor issues.
• Assist executives and managers with HR policies, CBA, and employment law.
• Be involved in talent selection development and deployment for client groups.
• Advise on organizational design, position development, and job evaluations.
• Help create/update job descriptions documenting changing roles and duties.
• Administer staffing plans and model labor needs with the business.
• Coordinate and update employee data in HRIS.
