Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in growing, fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of directly managing HR professionals and building HR capability.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law; ability to conduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, guiding organizational design and talent initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Manager, setting goals and providing feedback.
• Design and implement company-wide HR programs in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Partner with leaders to plan for growth, design roles, and map talent pipelines.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure strong candidate experience.
• Coach managers on performance management, merit processes, and documentation.
