Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years HR experience with leadership in HRBP, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent, or related areas.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence complex business and organizational decisions.
• Experience leading and developing HR Business Partners and building strong HR operating models and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to align people and workforce strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partner function that delivers strategic, consistent, and measurable business impact.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, organizational design, operating model improvements, and capability development.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and other significant business initiatives.
• Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, talent strategies, and accountability for developing critical talent.
• Use workforce insights, business data, and organizational trends to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support informed decision-making.
