Strive Pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking an HR Partner to be the go-to HR resource for business teams, handling employee relations, coaching managers, and leading full-cycle recruiting.

This onsite, full-time role offers $110,000–$125,000 annually, Monday–Friday, with a benefits package. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in HR, knowledge of employment law across states, and a Bachelor's degree; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and business partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER situations with fairness and documentation rigor.
• Experience managing a full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching instincts and the ability to build trust with managers at all levels.
• Sound working knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
• Professional and calm under pressure, especially in difficult conversations.
• Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units or functions, owning both HR partnering and talent acquisition for that population
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end (investigations, documentation, resolutions) with care and consistency
• Partner on full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
• Collaborate with COE teams to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate
• Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, hiring decisions, and policy application
• Guide employees through HR processes, leave programs, accommodations, and workplace concerns
• Partner with leaders to identify people trends, including hiring, turnover, and retention patterns, and address issues proactively
• Apply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations
• Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned
