Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy based in Mesa, AZ, seeking an HR Partner to serve as the go-to HR resource for business teams, focusing on employee relations and full-cycle recruiting.

The role involves coaching managers, guiding HR processes, and partnering with COE teams to deliver integrated people programs. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package, compensation range $110,000–$125,000.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HR experience with a focus on employee relations and business partnership
• Documentation rigor in complex ER situations
• Experience managing full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer
• Strong coaching instincts and ability to build trust with managers
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple states
• Professional and calm under pressure, especially in difficult conversations
• Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, owning both HR partnering and talent acquisition for that population
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end (investigations, documentation, resolutions) with care and consistency
• Partner on full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
• Collaborate with COE teams to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate
• Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, hiring decisions, and policy application
• Guide employees through HR processes, leave programs, accommodations, and workplace concerns
• Partner with leaders to identify people trends, including hiring, turnover, and retention patterns
• Apply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations
• Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned
