Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver full-cycle HR support for our Stores group. The role partners with Vice Presidents and store leadership to drive business results through effective talent strategies, coaching, and organizational development.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role focuses on succession planning, onboarding excellence, and engagement initiatives to enhance performance and retention across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
• Bachelor's degree required; certification preferred (PHR/SPHR).
• Experience coaching leaders and advising on policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to develop talent strategies and initiatives.
• Provide expert counsel on HR programs, policies, and performance management.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews to identify gaps and top talent.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to source and onboard diverse staff.
• Monitor engagement and implement HR initiatives to improve retention.
