Job summary

Invesco in the United States seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise leaders across Private Markets, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent outcomes. You will translate business needs into people solutions, design organization structures, and enable leadership capability in a complex global environment.

The role requires 8+ years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders.
• Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or a similarly complex professional services environment required.
• Private Markets experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders through complex business and people challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across the Private Markets business; translate business strategy into talent and workforce plans; provide coaching on organizational, talent, and leadership matters; leverage data and context for decisions.
