Job summary

Invesco in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders in Technology & Operations. You will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability across a global technology environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 8+ years of HR experience, and proven ability to partner with senior leaders, design organizations, manage change, and guide talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or psychology.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a complex organization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global tech/ops environment.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, org design, and talent reviews.
• Strong change management, employee relations, and performance coaching skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across Technology & Operations.
• Translate strategy into talent and workforce plans.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support leaders through change and drive alignment and adoption.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence as needed.
