Premier Bankcard is seeking an HR Policy Advisor to support implementation of HR procedures and partner with management to deliver value-added HR services. This full-time role in Sioux Falls requires collaboration across HR functions to align with business objectives.

The position emphasizes data processing, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and compliant processes, with opportunities for growth and career advancement within a strong credit union subsidiary family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years of experience.
• HRCI/SHRM certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HR data processing tasks; advise manager and improve data collection tools and administration processes.
• Contribute to HR processes and tools for employee relations, performance management, development, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Resolve questions from internal or external customers by providing information on processes and policy interpretation.
• Provide advice to managers on disciplinary actions and solutions for employee relations cases.
• Build relationships within the internal client organization and deliver high-quality professional services.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver communications with clear understanding.
• Plan and prioritize commitments aligned with department goals.
