Job summary

Vista America, an operating partner of Vista, is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to drive employee-focused, high-performance culture. You will report to the Sr. Director of HR and coordinate policies and benefits, advising employees and managers on HR issues.

You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development to deliver HR solutions, support development, and manage compliance with employment laws. Travel is expected up to 25%.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience shaping HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities
