Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
• Strong data analytics and ability to interpret HR metrics.

Responsibilities
