Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
• Seven years progressive, full lifecycle recruitment experience with supervisory exposure.
• Two years minimum supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, ATS, and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and supervise a team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Oversee sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best fit.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with HR partners and department managers to enhance employer brand.

Education

Bachelor's degree

7+ years recruiting experience

2+ years supervisory experience

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS/tools
