Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will manage vendors, collaborate with HR partners, and help advance Metra's talent strategy across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of recruitment experience.
• Seven years of progressively responsible full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, sourcing techniques, employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment tech.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; good communication.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and talent needs.
• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other talent acquisition professionals.
• Oversee sourcing efforts to attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best fit for the organization.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular KPI reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with HR partners, managers, and marketing to enhance the employer brand.
• Approve time off, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote safe work practices and perform other related duties as assigned.
