Greene Resources is seeking a Part-Time HR Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team in Richmond, VA. This role offers hybrid work, 25 hours per week, and a pay rate of $45 to $55 per hour.

You will serve as the primary HR consultant for multiple clients, developing comprehensive HR priority plans, handling compliance, employee relations, and training, while ensuring regulatory alignment and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or obtained within one year.
• Expertise across the HR lifecycle and compliance.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR consultant to multiple clients and projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR priority plans.
• Advise on wage/hour compliance, leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA) and workers’ compensation.
• Interpret and apply state/federal regulations (COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, ACA).
• Conduct HR audits and prepare reports and client presentations.
• Identify workforce trends; advise on policy, procedures, and talent management.
• Participate in leadership meetings to align HR with business objectives.
• Mentor junior staff and HR support teammates.
• May be asked to work onsite.
