Job summary

Medial Group is seeking a Business Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness professional to serve as a strategic HR partner to the Supply Chain function, aligning people and business strategies with financial drivers and competitive dynamics.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, and talent strategies for the Añasco site, while partnering with DE&I stakeholders to attract and retain critical talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in HR or HR-related roles.
• Experience supporting business leaders in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to the Supply Chain function and advise on business and people strategy.
• Represent the OneHR model and provide guidance aligned to business objectives.
• Diagnose organizational health using data, analytics, and insights.
• Lead org design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Support M&A / A&D due diligence, integration, and change management.
• Own site-level talent management and succession planning for the Añasco site.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing strategies for critical capabilities.
• Execute workforce planning aligned to business needs (e.g., product launches, expansions).
• Support policy rollouts, compliance, and contractor management.
