Job summary

Medial Group seeks a strategic HR partner to align people strategies with manufacturing and supply chain needs at the Añasco, Puerto Rico site. You will guide workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives to drive performance and growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence is required with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in HR or HR-related roles.
• Experience in HR Business Partner or Project Manager roles and strategic HR collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner providing guidance aligned with business and people strategy.
• Support organizational effectiveness by analyzing workforce data, organizational health, and business insights.
• Partner with leaders to ensure optimal organizational structure to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Support annual operating plans, workforce planning, and long-range financial planning initiatives.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including restructuring and post-change effectiveness planning.
• Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities including due diligence, integration, and change management.
• Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical talent.
• Lead site-level talent management activities aligned with global calendars.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies and ensure diverse pipelines.
• Drive succession planning activities and strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Support workforce planning aligned with expansions, product launches, or operational changes.
• Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Provide leadership coaching and guidance on performance management, team effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Support HR program implementation including performance management processes, job architecture, and policy deployment.
• Facilitate candidate slate approvals, interviews, and offer processes for key roles.
• Support compensation planning activities in collaboration with Total Rewards teams.
• Assist with contractor management activities including hiring, negotiations, and merit adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
