Job summary

Raphael & Associates in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align human resources strategies with business goals across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, onboarding, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong coaching skills, and a track record of implementing HR programs and compliant practices across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or similar.
• Experience partnering with managers and leaders to address organizational needs.
• Strong onboarding and offboarding experience with exit interview programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to develop HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace for staff and leadership.
• Analyze workforce trends and report insights to leadership.
• Support changes, restructurings, and other workforce initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding from offer to integration with resources and systems access.
• Implement and refine exit interview strategies and retention initiatives.
• Promote consistent HR practices across the organization.
• Support development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
