The role blends strategic planning with hands-on HR activities across employee engagement, workforce planning, and operational HR. You will partner with business leaders on people strategy, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and HR analytics while supporting U.S.-based staff and collaborating with global HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with HRBP exposure.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership on HR initiatives.
• Experience delivering strategic and hands-on HR support.
• Strong employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations experience.
• Ability to analyze HR data and present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders and executives.
• Translate business objectives into workforce, engagement, and employee experience strategies.
• Advise on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and culture.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, merit, and talent reviews with leaders.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to capacity, engagement, and performance.
• Coach leaders to improve engagement, trust, inclusion, and safety.
• Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, policy changes, and HR programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliant outcomes.
• Manage HR data quality, reporting, and ad hoc analyses for decision making.
