Job summary

Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the Sutton OSB manufacturing facility in Heaters, West Virginia. The HRBP will be a strategic partner, advising site leadership and supporting core HR processes across activities such as collective bargaining, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience advising leaders and employees on complex HR matters.
• Experience with labor relations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the site leadership team and promote safety and wellbeing.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to Sutton leadership and HR organization.
• Provide coaching and consultation across HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Develop strategic workforce and succession plans aligned to business needs.
