Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Sr. HR Lead for the Summit, IL facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, and employee relations to support growth and operational excellence.

You will guide recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development, ensuring a compliant and inclusive workplace with a focus on safety and performance. This role reports to Regional HR Leader – West and Summit Plant Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven HR leadership experience in a plant/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy, compliance, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies in partnership with plant leadership.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development to meet current and future needs.
• Coach leaders on performance management and organizational capability.
