Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Boulder, CO, seeks a Manager, HR to partner with site manufacturing leadership and drive HR policy development across employment, organizational development, and employer relations.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and talent initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities, with preference for manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or people-management capacity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: align HR strategy with site goals and coach managers on employee relations and performance.
• Employee Relations: manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Regulatory & External Compliance: liaison with EEOC, DOL, OSHA and state labor boards; ensure employment law adherence.
• Employment & Talent Programs: partner with Talent Acquisition for manufacturing hiring; support succession planning.
• Organizational Development: support employee engagement, change management, and leadership development.
