Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, or talent management initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or related business applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align People & Culture strategies with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and employee engagement.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Coach managers on leadership practices and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery.
