Job summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with offices across the Carolinas in the legal industry. The role leads employee relations, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and HR compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in professional services or law firms, and is proficient with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft 365, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Professional services or law firm experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft 365, and reporting systems.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
