Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a strategic HR Manager to serve as the trusted advisor to leadership across its Carolinas offices. This role shapes workplace culture, oversees employee relations, investigations, policy compliance, and workforce planning.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding and retention initiatives, coach managers on HR policy, coordinate performance reviews, and partner with regional leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Expertise in employee relations and investigations.
• Law firm or professional services background preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Ability to support geographically dispersed offices and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for Carolinas offices.
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters and investigations.
• Advise leadership on performance management and workforce planning.

Compensation: $85,000–$140,000/annually depending on experience
