Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Sandy Springs, GA seeks an HR Business Partner to lead leave administration and employee relations. You will administer FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs, assess eligibility, coordinate accommodations, and partner with managers to address performance concerns while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

You will conduct workplace investigations, advise leaders on corrective actions, document cases, and stay current with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with focus on leave and employee relations.
• Minimum 3 years administering FMLA/ADA accommodations and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and coaching managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer FMLA, ADA, PWFA and state leave requests from start to close.
• Coordinate accommodations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide managers on performance concerns, PIPs, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Prepare reports on leave administration, accommodations, and ER matters.
• Educate managers and employees on leave rights and processes.
