Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Coordinator to collaborate with HR Leaders on leadership development, organizational development, change management, succession planning, and HR analytics initiatives in our Ohio operation. The role also supports associate engagement programs and cross‑functional HR projects.

The position requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a strong sense of organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience as a coordinator or specialist preferred.
• Strong HR acumen and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Leaders on Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, HR Analytics/Reports, and Associate Engagement programs.
• Process associate-related changes involving pay, position, and people management.
• Support HR Leaders with associate relations issues and investigations.
• Interview internal and external candidates and recommend hire selections.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend actions.
• Prepare and facilitate performance calibrations, new leader onboarding, and talent reviews.
• Develop HR metrics such as turnover and promotions, and recommend actions based on trends.
• Analyze associate compensation to prepare offers.
• Lead meetings to drive process improvements and cross-department collaboration.
• Create presentations, manage budget spreadsheets, and assist organizational charts.
