Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide advanced policy interpretation and strategic HR guidance across the organization.

In this role you will partner with business units and HR leaders to proactively manage employee issues, mitigate risks, and align HR initiatives with business goals. Strong analytics, communication, and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience required.
• Employee relations experience preferred.
• Experience with Federal/State regulatory agencies (NLRB, EEOC, OCRC, Ohio Unemployment).
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced level HR policy interpretation and guidance to managers and employees.
• Partner with business units and HR leaders to mitigate risk and manage employee issues.
• Interface between leadership and HR to align initiatives with goals.
• Leads change management initiatives and organizational projects.
• Analyzes turnover, retention, compensation, and related HR items; recommends changes.
• Uses data analytics to influence change and drive results.
