Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in exempt-level roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading an HR Business Partner team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned enterprises and departments.
• Provide guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational structure, team effectiveness, and performance.
• Support performance management, compensation, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruiting support and processes.
• Advise leaders through organizational change, restructuring, and transitions.
• Lead HR programs and improvements aligned with business priorities.
• Drive engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
• Develop HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making.
