Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience
OR Master’s degree in human resources or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
Minimum of two years of Labor Relations experience
Demonstrated expertise in labor contract administration, including CBA interpretation, early-stage grievance handling, and day-to-day union relationship management
Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR advice and consultation to managers and leadership on people management and labor relations.
Independently assess and resolve complex employee and labor relations matters, guiding leadership on gaps and upskilling.
Collaborate with Global HR and other functions to deliver integrated talent solutions and workforce planning.
Advise on training needs for leadership and drive upskilling and organizational change.
Serve as a trusted HR partner across multiple locations and ensure adherence to HR processes and policies.
