Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic HR leadership for the Components Business Unit across multiple locations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
Experience supporting unionized workforces and contract negotiations.
Strong employee relations, compliance, and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as HR business partner to GM and leadership for the components unit.
Align HR strategy with operational, commercial and service objectives across sites.
Counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, engagement, performance and change.
Lead labor relations and contract administration for unionized facilities.
Coach leaders on performance, policy application, and accountability.
Oversee benefits, payroll coordination and HR systems processes.
